Rajini does a cameo in 'Ra.One'! SRK confirms...!!!

Whether Superstar Rajinikanth will do a cameo or not in Shahrukh Khan's Diwali release, 'Ra.One', has been the talk in the film industry for many days now. Finally, through his microblogging page SRK confirmed that Rajini graced the sets of 'Ra.One'.

SRK wrote, "Misconcepts, misunderstood, stressed and then Rajini sir walks in the sets of Ra.One and you know why God made films! Thanks Soundarya for making our dream come true. Ra.One completed today, Rajini sir blessed it. I have tears in my eyes of gratitude and only prayers and love for his whole family. You complete us sir".

Quite a touching statement from the King Khan isn't it?

The shoot took place yesterday (Gandhi Jayanthi) at Whistling Woods Studio in Mumbai, although the scenes were supposed to be canned at Hyderabad, the location was changed by the team. The scenes were shot at a fast pace and were completed within three hours time!

A cameo featuring Superstar Rajinikanth is definitely going to fetch much audience for 'Ra.One' in the south and internationally this Diwali and will enable the film get a grand opening pan India and not just in the north! Rajinikanth to do a cameo in Ra.One?

Recently, when Shahrukh Khan announced that one of the scenes on his upcoming visual extravaganza, Ra.One will pay an ode to the iconic status of Rajinikanth, no one had a clue that he had managed to convince Rajinikanth himself to make a cameo. According to a Mumbai based tabloid, in one of the scenes of Ra.One, SRK and Kareena Kapoor are rescued by Rajinikanth who later delivers a superhit dialogue from Bhasha. Apparently, this scene will be shot on October 4 in Hyderabad; however, Rajinikanth, who’s still recovering after the surgery, will begin shooting for Rana from November onwards. Ra.One is touted to be one of the biggest films both in terms of budget and scale to have ever been made in India. It’s releasing in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil this Diwali.

Yesterday we had told about Badshah Shahrukh Khan's excitement over the arrival of his Ra. One's 'Chammak Challo'. And today the entire media is being splashed with the glimpse of the sizzling beauty in red.

Don 2's 3D avatar...!!!

Yes, you read it right! Badshah Shahrukh Khan's most awaited film 'Don 2' promises to have a high-end digital effect.

The overwhelming response to the first teaser of 'Don 2' has left the audience screaming for more. According to our reports, the makers of the film want to give the audiences a complete new experience with their favourite Don. And so they came up with the idea to present the film in 3D.

THE film is currently being converted to the 3D format. What's more, 'Don 2' will also be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu for release.

Explained producer Ritesh Sidhwani, 'There is a huge demand for the brand Don, also our audiences must be expecting much more and beyond just cinema from the sequel so hence a 3D format. We did a few 3D conversion tests on Don 1 and the conversion outcome was very very good. So while shooting Don 2, the 3D conversion was at the back of Farhan's mind in case we decided to go ahead with 3D format as it would make the Don experience even more memorable and exciting to watch for the audience. I was in LA recently and saw some 3D conversion tests and was blown by it. So decided to go ahead and convert Don2 into a 3D format'.

Written and directed by Farhan Akhtar, 'Don 2' hits cinemas this winter and is slated for release on 23rd December worldwide. The film is co-produced by Reliance Entertainment along with Farhan and Ritesh's banner Excel Entertainment.

SRK’s Don 2 to be dubbed in Telugu...!!!

Shahrukh Khan’s upcoming film Don 2 is going to be dubbed in Telugu. This is probably for the first time in several years that a Shahrukh Khan’s film is being dubbed in Telugu and Tamil and along with the Hindi version, the film is going to release on December 23.

Farhan Akthar, who is directing the film, and Shahrukh Khan have few more reasons to be excited about the film. The film is a sequel to ‘Don’ which was a huge success back in 2006 and so, expectations are sky high. To create even more buzz, the filmmaker has decided to release the film in 3D. The film is being shot in 2D and recently, some portions of the film were converted to 3D in Los Angeles, USA. Impressed with the output, Farhan Akthar has decided to release the film in 3D in all the three versions. Priyanka Chopra is playing the lead role opposite Shahrukh Khan.
